Celebrating with our Tenants

Last night the Springfield City Group Property Team hosted tenants and local businesses at an end of financial year event at Ballistic Brewery in Springfield Central.

This event was the second Tenant event that Springfield City Group have hosted for this year, the first one being a Bus Tour of Greater Springfield.  Brian McGuckin Head of Property said it was vital to ensure that our relationship with our tenants extends beyond the signing of the lease, or sale of a unit.

“It is vital that we maintain good relationships with all of our tenants. At Springfield City Group we take the view that ‘their success is our success’ in building our emerging city”

Naren Sinnathamby took the opportunity to thank all of these businesses for the role they play in making Greater Springfield great.

“We thank all of you for taking a leap of faith and building your business in Springfield. Our buildings are just walls – the heart of soul of our city is the people in them – and that is all of you”

With live music, and lots of laughter it was a great night by all.  Our friends from E-storm took home the lucky door prize!
