The Dress Circle precinct is nestled in the middle of the award-winning, Greg Norman-designed Brookwater Golf Course and offers the best in luxury design, architecture and golf course living.
The premium new precinct will comprise of 25 residential lots in Stage One and is the next chapter in the Brookwater journey.
Robbie and Nicole White moved to Queensland from Victoria and were one of a handful of buyers to take advantage of the new land release before it’s reveal.
“I’m a golfer, so the allure of the course was probably one of the big drawcards for this area,” Mr. White said.
“We moved from Victoria and hunted around for a while but this was the only place we liked. “We’re used to modern living and most of the homes here are modern, so from there it was a no brainer.
“Brookwater is just nice and quiet. We come from a pretty quiet coastal town, so when we were looking at Oxley, Corinda or Graceville, it just wasn’t us, whereas this feels good.
“Coming from interstate, this is definitely somewhere we would recommend to other people looking to move to Queensland.”
Mrs. White said proximity to amenity plus a strong sense of community were major selling points. “For me it was the community feel because we’ve got young kids and having things like Orion Shopping Centre and the Orion Lagoon nice and close was important,” Mrs. White said.
“The free fitness classes are great as well, I’m not good at making new friends, so it’s nice to get to meet new people in a casual atmosphere. To have those types of services in your community is fantastic.”
“We have definitely saved the best of Brookwater until last,” Mr. Kostellar said.
“Dress Circle has the finest views of the stage and we found this fitting as this new precinct is very aspirational, with elevated views to the Centre stage – the Brookwater Golf Course’s front nine holes.
“The name reinforces the pedigree of what’s on offer and the evolution of our amazing Brookwater community.”
Mr. Kostellar said there had also been pent up demand for the sites saying;
Brookwater was established in 2001 and has earned the reputation as the ‘jewel’ in the Greater Springfield crown.
Mr. Kostellar said nowhere else could you find the lifestyle, sense of genuine community pride and luxury available at Brookwater.
“Our number one point of difference is our larger land offerings and open space, which average around 800 square meters,” Mr. Kostellar said.
“These homesites are by far some of the largest on offer in South-East Queensland and are perfect for the aspirational buyer who want to build their forever home.
“This is supported by quality houses, green open space and regular lifestyle activations such as golf, tennis, group fitness and yoga.
